Our Firm has experience in London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) arbitrations and ad-hoc international arbitrations. We acted as Malaysian counsel for TNB Fuel Services Sdn Bhd, the biggest charterer of coal shipments in the Asia Pacific region, and subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional Berhad, the former electricity board of Malaysia, in 3 LMAA arbitrations.

We advised as Malaysian counsel the national carmaker on their international trade dispute with a European distributor. We also assisted in identifying and choosing international counsel and arbitrators with relevant expertise. We provided Malaysian law opinions on disputed issues and reviewed documents for compliance with Malaysian law.
